1. How can I get hold of your cookies?

You can pick up your cookies at our store in New Town Plaza!

We can be found at Kiosk A361A New Town Plaza Phase 3, Sha Tin.

2. Can I pre order?

For next-day pick up orders, please place your order here by 3pm the day before.

3. What are your delivery charges?

We deliver if you order 10 cookies or more.

Our delivery schedule is currently every Tuesday and Thursday to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Pick up on curb ONLY. Additional charges will occur for door to door delivery.

Delivery Service is NOT available to Outlying Islands, for delivery to Airport and Tung Chung, please contact us on 96695878.

 

Charges are:

For 10-23 cookies

• Hong Kong Island: $100
• NT: $100
• Kowloon: $100

For 24-59 cookies

• Hong Kong Island: $80
• NT: $80
• Kowloon: $80

We can be flexible on delivery arrangements for 60 or more cookies; get in touch on 9548 7668!

4. How long can I keep my cookies?

Our cookies are freshly baked every morning, and as we do not add preservatives, we recommend you consuming the cookies on the same day.

If you cannot finish them in one go:

Room temperature - consume within 1-3 days.

Fridge - consume within 7 days.

Freezer - consume within a month.

Remember to reheat your cookie！

5. How will my cookies be packaged?

All our cookies are individually wrapped.

When you order through our online store, by default:

4-7 cookies placed in a small bag

8-10 cookies placed in a box

Large orders placed in a big bag
